Ingredients:

  • Broccoli (Broccolini)
  • Bell pepper
  • Eggplant
  • Garlic
  • Cauliflower
  • Tahini
  • Potatoes (your preferred type)
  • Meat (vegetarian or vegan)
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop all veggies and garlic. Ensure uniform size for even oven cooking.
  2. Spread veggies, garlic, and potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and seasonings.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally; veggies may cook unevenly.
  4. Cook meat (vegetarian or vegan) in a pan following label instructions.
