Ingredients:
- Eggplant
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Black pepper, salt, paprika seasoning, garlic seasoning, turmeric
- Tip: Tahini
Option 1: Stovetop Method
1. Wash and cut the eggplant into pieces, either slices or cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
2. Place the eggplant in a pan, add all the seasonings, and mix well. Add the garlic last to prevent it from burning. Cover with a lid.
3. Stir a few times and it’s ready when the eggplant becomes completely tender.

Option 2: Oven Method
1. Take an ovenproof dish and add peeled garlic cloves.
2. Wash the eggplant and cut it in half. Place it in the dish.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic and eggplant. Add the seasonings.
4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 45 minutes. Remove the foil halfway through. It’s ready when you can easily pierce the eggplant with a fork, and it’s completely tender.
