Ingredients:
– Frozen broccoli
– Frozen green peas
– 2 cottage cheese (Vegan: soy cream)
– Onion
– Garlic
– Parmesan cheese (Vegan)
– Pasta of choice
– Fresh basil
– Black pepper, Chili flakes, Salt
Instructions:
1. Boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. Sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Add broccoli, cover, cook for 5 mins, then add peas.
3. Add cottage cheese and basil to vegetables. Blend into a smooth sauce.
4. Drain your pasta when ready. Mix sauce with pasta. Top with Parmesan, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
