Items Needed:
– Loaf pan
Ingredients:
– 3 ripe bananas
– 180 grams of flour
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– Honey
– Pinch of salt
– Optional: Dark/Milk chocolate
– Optional: Walnuts/Almonds/Pecans
Instructions:
1. Mash 3 ripe bananas, and add two eggs and some honey to taste. If you like it sweet, use more honey; if you prefer less sweetness, use less.
2. Mix everything together, and incorporate the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
3. Finally, you can add nuts and chocolate if desired. It’s highly recommended. Chop them into small pieces, but make sure they’re still large enough to be distinctly tasted in the banana bread.
4. Grease your loaf pan and pour the mixture into it. For decoration, you can add some banana slices, chocolate, or nuts on top.
5. Bake the banana bread at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30/40 minutes.
