- 4 Portobello mushrooms
- (Vegan) Goat cheese or Mozzarella
- Cherry tomatoes
- Balsamic glaze
- Garlic
- Basil

Instructions:
- Wash and pat dry the Portobello mushrooms. Finely chop the garlic.
