- Banana
- Hemp seeds, Flaxseeds, Chia seeds

Instructions:
- Start by placing the desired amount of oats in a bowl and add cinnamon. Then, pour hot water until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Mix this thoroughly and let the oats absorb the water well. Meanwhile, take your frozen red fruit out of the freezer. Place it in a bowl; this can go in the microwave for about half a minute until it’s nice and warm.
- Add the warm red fruit to the oats, slice half a banana, and add that too.
- Finally, drizzle peanut butter over it, and sprinkle hemp seeds, flaxseeds, and chia seeds.
