This is definitely our favorite sandwich shop in Haarlem. Italian, fresh ingredients on homemade focaccia rolls, it can’t get better. The staff is also Italian, and many Italians frequent the place, so you know it’s genuinely good! You can eat your sandwich inside if you like. It’s often very busy, sometimes with a line extending outside. So, the easiest option is often to take the sandwich with you, especially if the weather is nice. The sandwich we often go for is the ‘Verdure Grigliate,’ and we usually add the extra topping burrata. Besides sandwiches, there are also other treats.
